Personal information you provide

  • Identification Information: We collect your name, email address and password. Communication Information: We may collect information when you contact us with questions or concerns via email, and when you voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys or requests for market research seeking your opinion and feedback.   • Payment Data: We collect your Payment card type, last 4 digits of payment card, billing address, phone number, and email. These are not stored directly by us, but are shared with our third-party payment processing partner, currently Stripe, Inc. Other information that you voluntarily choose to provide

  • Portfolio Information: Our Platform's portfolio feature is not a transaction tracking tool and provides free-form fields which can be used to enter hypothetical or accurate holdings. These holdings and associated content (journal entries and watchlists) form "information" associated with your user profile and cannot be accessed by any company employees or third parties, only you can view your stock portfolio. Holdings are not aggregated, nor any analytics conducted on this information other than automated processes to display portfolio summaries to yourself alone.

Internet activity information

When you visit, use, and interact with the Platform, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Platform, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, bing.com, etc.), and which browsers people use to access the Platform (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.), broad geographical information, and navigation pattern. In particular, the following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:
